THE OPPORTUNITY

As Autumn gets underway, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a dynamic addition to the supervisory team.

You will lead a small dedicated crew of horticulture experts, ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance contracts.

Supported by open communication and mentorship from the Maintenance Manager and Company Director, this role offers ample room for proactive individuals to thrive.

YOUR DUTIES

• Schedule weekly work
• Manage a crew of up to 2 staff
• Delegate tasks
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
• Order equipment and resources
• Communicate with local community
• Hands-on maintenance work
• Work alongside a Maintenance Manager

WHAT YOU NEED

• Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
• 3-5+ years’ experience within the landscape maintenance industry
• High-end residential maintenance experience
• Personable and presentable
• Strong work ethic and organisational skills
