Position Overview:
Our Client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Planner/Advisor. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and expertise across a range of health planning and advisory services. From needs assessments to service redesign, your contributions will directly impact the delivery of quality healthcare within various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and health service evaluations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop precinct strategies and strategic service frameworks.
- Lead clinical and health service planning initiatives, including model of care development.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and design innovative healthcare solutions.
- Provide expertise in policy, guideline, and program development.
- Lead health facility planning projects, including post-occupancy evaluation.
- Oversee operations readiness and commissioning processes.
- Facilitate change management activities to support health service transformation.
- Implement and evaluate project and program management strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, public health, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health planning, strategy development, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical/health service planning and needs assessments.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and design within healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of complex governance structures and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in change management, implementation, and evaluation processes.
