As a Junior Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in the bid preparation process. You’ll work closely with experienced senior estimators, gaining hands-on experience in estimating for various construction projects across NSW. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior estimators to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and gather pricing information from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, quotes, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction estimating is required.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
