The Company

This Sydney-based landscaping and civil construction business has built a strong reputation over decades, with more than 50 staff working across multiple divisions.

With a growing pipeline of projects concentrated in Western Sydney’s booming growth corridors, they partner with local councils, leading developers, and major builders to deliver works valued between $500k–$2m.

These projects include landscape packages for new estates, schools, playgrounds, industrial complexes, parks, and public domain upgrades.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to join the delivery team in a Project Manager pathway role. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of large-scale projects, working closely with an established Project Manager and Construction Manager who will provide structured mentoring and support.

You’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality landscaping projects across Western Sydney, liaising with clients and stakeholders while leading crews on site to ensure successful outcomes.

If you’re currently working as an Foreperson or a Project Manager for a smaller landscaping company, and feel your progression opportunities are limited, this role offers the ideal step up.

The Role

• Assist with program and schedule works
• Ordering materials and organising deliveries
• Resource management
• Delegate to Leading Hands / Site Managers
• Subcontractor egagement
• Cost tracking and forecasting
• Safety and compliance
• Quality assurance
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• Report into Project Managers

The Requirements

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction (bonus)
• Must have landscape construction site experience in Australia
• Strong computer skills
• Drivers license
