This household name in the VIC landscape construction and maintenance sector has landed a number of large maintenance contracts, enabling them to continue their sustained growth over the coming years.

This company is a well-oiled machine of 50-60 staff throughout the office and in the field, along with abundant financial backing and several decades of experience and expertise.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This company has established itself as a leader in the commercial landscaping industry, offering you the opportunity to make your mark as a potential future Manager within their esteemed senior team.

Working alongside an experienced and successful Maintenance Manager and Supervisors who will guide and mentor you, you will coordinate a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

You will collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure the simultaneous execution of multiple grounds maintenance contracts.

If you are currently a Maintenance Supervisor, Account Manager or Contract Administrator seeking to advance into maintenance management, this could be the perfect next step for you.

THE ROLE

• Assist with program and schedule works
• Ordering materials and organising deliveries
• Resource management
• Coordinate Team Leaders and Supervisors
• Subcontractor management
• Cost tracking and forecasting
• Safety and compliance
• Quality assurance
• Liaise with clients
• Work alongside a Maintenance Manager

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor, Account Manager, Contract Administrator or Estimator
• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (minimum)
• Relevant Tertiary qualification (bonus)
• Driving license
• Must have landscape/horticulture experience in Australia
