• $75,000 – $85,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

The Company

This well-respected company has been continuously growing over the last 10 years, and has delivered some spectacular projects.

Their high-profile projects are well renowned across Brisbane and involve high-end residential landscaping for prestigious private clients in the Inner, affluent Suburbs and along the river.

With 20-30 long-serving employees, including site staff, project management and Architects/Designers, they are looking to bolster their close-knit family and to enjoy what should be a very busy period.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity is to join the business in a Foreman role where you can develop yourself further and the junior employees around you.  This is role starting a new team within the company!

It will be a hands-on role where you can put your stamp on some iconic residential estates and gardens and also progress your career forward.

The Role

• Read and interpret plans
• Site set out
• Lead a small team
• Order materials
• Organise deliveries
• Hands-on landscaping
• Oversee subcontractors
• Liaise with clients
• Train and develop Apprentices
• Work in with a Project Manager

The Requirements

• 3-5 years as a qualified Landscape Tradesman
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture
• Experience in the high-end residential landscapes (bonus)
• A positive and up-beat attitude
• Drivers license
