The Company
Our client is a growing organisation with a big reputation for delivering landscape packages on some of Sydney’s newest developments, recreational areas and commercial builds.
This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 30+ construction staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.
Their repeat clientele are predominantly Local Councils and Civil Contractors, with typical projects ranging from $500k – $3m, but they are now starting to win work with large national builders too!

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the finished article

The Duties
- Read and interpret plans
- Site set out
- Hands-on landscaping
- Procurement of materials and equipment
- Organising deliveries
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Leading Hands
- Liaise with clients
- Work in collaboration with a Project Manager
The Requirements
- 2-3 years as a Foreman, Supervisor or Site Manager
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (Required)
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects considered
- Drivers license
