The Company
Our client is an established organisation with a big reputation for delivering some of Brisbane’s and the Gold Coast’s largest commercial high-rise building projects.
This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 50+ construction staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.
Their repeat clientele are predominantly Tier 1 contractors and Builders, with typical projects ranging from $500k – $5m, involving all facets of technical landscaping.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods.

The Role
- Read and interpret plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
- Cost tracking and forecasting
The Requirements
- 2-3 years as a Foreman, Supervisor or Site Manager
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
