• Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Vehicle

Their primary focus lies in the creation of prestige residential landscapes, entertainment areas, and smaller commercial works.

With a dedicated team of approximately 10-15 long-serving professionals, they aim to welcome a new member to their tight-knit team.

The Opportunity

This role entails joining the company in a capacity as a Qualified Tradesman, offering avenues for further personal development and gradual enhancement of your skills.

The position is hands-on, affording you the chance to leave your mark on prestigious landscapes while advancing your career trajectory towards roles such as Foreman and Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Interpretation of landscape designs
• Site set out
• Supervision of a small team
• Active involvement in landscape construction tasks
• Proficiency in concreting, paving, fencing, decking, turfing, planting
• Ordering materials
• Collaboration with subcontractors
• Mentoring Apprentices
• Coordination with the Project Manager

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a qualified Landscape Tradesman
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
• Experience in civil, commercial, or residential landscaping sectors is advantageous
