Position Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in the remedial industry to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of site work and has progressively advanced into project management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage remedial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress accordingly.
- Conduct site assessments, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in construction management or related fields, but not crucial.
- Trade background highly desired.
- Proven experience in project management within the remedial industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge of remediation techniques, environmental regulations, and site work processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, REM, OSHA) preferred.
