The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in the remedial sector, demonstrating hands-on experience in overseeing site operations and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, including remediation work, excavation, and site preparation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing industry best practices to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Manage subcontractors and site personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress closely, tracking materials and equipment usage, and promptly reporting any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily activity logs, site reports, and safety documentation.

  
Qualifications:
  

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction, environmental science, or related field preferred. (Not crucial)
  • Proven track record as a Site Supervisor within the remedial sector, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of site operations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within established timelines and budgets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
