Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator / Manager to join a leading construction company. As a Senior Estimator/ Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimation process for construction projects, including analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage and mentor junior estimators, providing guidance and support throughout the estimation process.
• Review and analyze historical data to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
