Job Description:
  
We are partnering with a reputable construction company to find a seasoned Site Manager to join their dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their expertise in managing fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  
Responsibilities:
  

  • Take ownership of on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and key performance indicators to the project management team.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to uphold a safe working environment for all involved.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management within the fit-out and refurbishment sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Preferably, tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • Valid construction induction card (White Card) and relevant certifications/license.
