THE COMPANY

This esteemed company has experienced continuous growth over a span of 20 years.

Their notable projects include the earthworks, drainage and turf construction on some of Sydney’s finest sporting facilities, where they work closely with sporting clubs and local councils.

Boasting a team of 50+ dedicated long-serving employees and all of their own specialist machinery, they are front-runners in their sector.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This rare opportunity is to join the business where you can further develop yourself further and enhance your site management capabilities.

It will be a hands-on role where you can put your stamp on some iconic ovals, soccer fields and training grounds in Sydney and also progress your career forward into Project Management.

THE ROLE

• Read and interpret plans
• Lead a team of staff and subcontractors
• Operating machines and tractors
• Hands-on landscaping
• Ordering materials
• Organising deliveries
• Operating plant machinery
• Train and develop Apprentices
• Work alongside a Project Manager

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years managing sites
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture OR
• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
• Experience in Tractors and operating plant machinery
• MR Drivers License highly advantageous
• Drivers license
