Responsibilities:

• Drive on-site operations to ensure efficient execution of remedial construction projects within specified timelines and budget constraints, while upholding stringent quality standards.
• Provide effective leadership to construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to foster a safe and productive workplace.
• Manage procurement processes to ensure timely acquisition of materials and equipment essential for project continuity.
• Collaborate closely with project management teams, delivering regular progress updates and swiftly addressing any emerging challenges.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and rectify potential risks and deviations from project specifications.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders through clear and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager with a focus on remedial projects.
• Strong construction acumen and keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire on-site teams for optimal performance.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations with an unwavering commitment to compliance.
• Proficiency in project management software is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction are highly desirable.
