As a Yard Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing logistics and maintenance for our rental fleet. Leading a dedicated team, you’ll ensure deadlines are met and safety standards are upheld by delegating tasks and providing support to yard laborers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the hire yard, stepping in for the Manager when needed.
• Keep their rental fleet primed for action, ready to dispatch buildings and equipment at a moment’s notice.
• Champion Health and Safety with regular QA meetings and toolbox talks.
• Conduct quality inspection tests to maintain standards.
• Ensure all personnel on site have received proper safety training and inductions.
• Manage stock levels and inventory efficiently.
• Secure the premises as a key holder.
• Assist with inventory management and monthly stocktakes.
• Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and plant usage and storage.
• Flexibility to support other operational areas as required.
• Uphold HSEQ policies to foster a culture of safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Forklift license and proficiency.
• Trade background preferred.
